Screen print by Obey (Shepard Farey) showing the stylised face of André the Giant, a famous French wrestler of Bulgarian and Polish origin. This face became the logo of the Obey brand.

This illustration is part of a triptych alluding to travel, to the movement of people between countries and continents, to globalisation. Here, in a sort of collage of images, we see train numbers, parts of travel tickets, the writing "Fragile" probably of a product sent thanks to the fast commercial exchanges possible today. Everything recalls the interdependence in which today's society lives, in which everything is interdependent on everything: the effect of globalisation.

As is typical of his style, this work is the result of a fluid communication, it can be defined as a liquid work: in the digital age an image can be reproduced in infinite forms and ways, from the multiple of an author, as can be a silkscreen, up to the digital virality, which helps the image itself to take depth and credibility.

The screenprint is hand-signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner and is dated 2019.
