Polaroid by Maurizio Galimberti. The subject is Lisbon; a glimpse of one of the various alleys of the city, with a typical Portuguese workshop resumed in 1999.

This work belongs to the series created by the master of Instant Polaroid dedicated to the Portuguese capital. 

Galimberti illustrates the various countries that he visits calmly, like a traveler, who takes a souvenir photo of his travels.

As in all his works, the master of Polaroid works only in analog, because, as he explains, it is the only type of photography that can return the pathos of a unique and unrepeatable shot, there is a work of retouching the image, but not through digital, but with markers, wooden sticks, pen caps.

With balance Galimberti alternates the emotion for the composition and the search for rhythm, with a propensity for detail, the intimate scene to be represented with a single shot, a single polaroid.

The work presents the signature of the artist, the cataloguing number on the back and is accompanied by the authenticity of the Northeast Archives.
