This unique work by Giuliano Grittini depicts the unmistakable Pop icon Marilyn Monroe, wearing elegant red lipstick, in black and white. The cutout of the photograph, which is shown as a mosaic, has been placed on a gold leaf that frames and ennobles the work. The technique created by the artist, which takes the name of Cracker Art, consists of collages of different twists and cuts that are then rippled and made shiny by a layer of lacquer.

The work is signed and certified at the bottom center and features the MUSEUM CRACKER ART stamp at the bottom right.
