A unique work on paper, represents an icon of history: the Pope Innocent X. Pambianchi has redesigned Velàzquez's masterpiece thanks to his skillful hand. Through the figure of sarcasm the artist mocks the subjects. For the realization of the work he uses the collage technique and different materials (oil, resins, acrylic, pencils and chalk) that make the work rigorous and refined. The result is a deformed image, outcome of an unlikely vision and a meticulous technique.
