Collage and oil on canva by Enrico Baj: the artist represents importants historical figures. At the left Baj represents Sir. Israel Washburn of Maine the first politician that tolk about Republic in the United State in 1840. The second figure is Lady Theresa Sobieska polish princess merried Maximilian II Emanuel, elector of Bavaria. IN 1704 following the evacuation of Bavarian Court to the Spanish Netherlands after the defeat during one Battle, she was in charge of the government in Bavaria. So she was one of the first women at the governament of one State.

The frame was designed by Baj.
