The Music: lito-screen printing by the surrealist artist Salvador Dalì. In the middle there is a female figure, playing a lyre, a typical instrument of the Greek mythology. The woman seems like a nymph, dressed with a drapery and light clothing. On the back, there is a rocky landscape recurring in Dalì's works, which is inspired by the morphology of Port Lligat and Catalonia.

Since he was a child, as he wrote in the “Secret life”, the music has been part of his life, above all thanks to the Pichot's, a family of musicians, painters and artists that lived in Cadaques, as the Dalì's family. It was Pepito Pichot to push the father to make young Salvador study art. The other brother, the cellist Ricardo, was portrayed by Dalì when he was only sixteen, this is showing of his premature talent.

The music had represented a point of reference for Dalì's creativity, in fact in many artworks we find often musical instruments, above all the piano, childhood memory related to his father, and the harp, symbol of nostalgia and melancholy. The lito-screen printing is signed lower right and numbered lower left.
