Graphic artwork created by Enrico Baj to illustrate the author's book dedicated to Lorenzo De' Medici's Canti Carnascialischi, published by Edizioni SEDD of Milan in 1992.

The work reproduces the Canti Carnascialeschi, which were a musical genre in vogue in the fifteenth century, similar to jokes or ballads that were used during Carnival and performed by masked figures.

When those masqueraders represented mythological divinities and personifications of virtue, those songs were called Trionfi, when they impersonated trades or humanity Carri.

The work is signed at the bottom right and numbered XII/CXXX at the bottom left.
