Pink

Although this colour is often associated with the world of women and girls, it actually hides more meanings than just gender stereotypes.

The delicacy of pink is achieved by combining red with white, which is why it represents innocent and romantic love, as opposed to the passionate love of red. In the past, being a shade of red, it was associated with royalty and the heroism of men. It is the symbol of tenderness and gentleness in the softest shades but turns into decisiveness, dynamism and sensuality when it turns into fuchsia.

The sight of pink infuses tranquillity and predisposes us towards others. When, for example, the sky is tinged with pink at sunset, especially in winter due to particular weather conditions, the whole atmosphere seems to be suspended in silence and tranquillity. It is as if it transports us to a fairy-tale and a magical world.
