Unique work by Mario Sironi of the 50s, made with tempera and pencil on tissue paper. Sironi draws two faces, one in profile and another in front: Simplified shapes and a sober use of color are typical of the painter.

The intense expression of the figures captures the attention of the observer. On the back of the paper is the note written by Sironi himself: "Polì. (via) Mantegna 6, Milano. Please tell me term for article. Thanks Greetings Sironi. Sends Sironi, Case M.... V...... B...".

The subject is signed on the back and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity on Willy Macchiati’s photo dated 16/02/2000.
