Landscape

Landscapes, with their colours and their vastness, always inspires human beings in all fields of art: poetry, music, literature and painting. The beauty of nature – that it may be melancholy woods, cheerful sea views during the summer or cold mountains - fascinates for centuries and the contemporary art can not remain exempt from this recall.

Ultimate landscape painters are the Macchiaioli ones, who love to portray sunny fields, solitary campaigns, melancholy winter landscapes. Some other artists present the nature in different ways, closer to the flashy contemporary taste: for example, Cascella or Faccincani paint cheerful coloured flowers; Meloniski draws unrealistic landscapes, open windows on parallel worlds; Noba focuses on the single element of nature, like delicate twigs of almond tree.

Nature is always a source of inspiration - with its extraordinary beauty, it evokes many emotions that the artist represents on the canvas, instilling them to the viewer.
