Unique work realised with the oil on cardboard technique by the artist Giovanni Malesci. Malesci is the heir of Giovanni fattori, from whom he takes both the 'macchia' technique and the themes, such as landscape, animals, people and portraits.
In this work we see a rural landscape with two oxen in the foreground. The technique is made by a free use of colour.
The work was made in 1940.
