Pagot, Calimero and Magritte, graphics on paper, 50x33 cm
Graphics on paper realised by the cartoonist Pagot exclusively for the gallery Pisacane Arte during the exhibition "Calimero,how we were". The here presented work belongs to a series of graphics in which Pagot proposes his version of some famous artists' artworks, changing represented subjects and landscape in order to contextualize them in Calimero's world. In this case, the artist of reference is René Magritte, painter of belgian Surrealism, famous for create some works in which men "rain" frome the sky, tho whom Pagot substitutes apples and a Calimero's image.
The artwork is signed by the artist in the bottom right and numbered in the bottom left. It's also available to sell in 5 exemplars at Pisacane Arte.
