Meloniski da Villacidro, Little town, retouché, 40x60 cm

Unique work by contemporary Italian artist Meloniski from Villacidro. Typical of his works is the cobalt blue sky, under which we observe a fantastic, dreamlike world. Under a blue sky stretches a small town with a fairy-tale appearance. There is no human presence, yet the windows lit by interior lights show that the town is inhabited. The only dynamic element is the waves of the sea in the foreground. Overall, the atmosphere of the work instils serenity.
