Paolo Pastorino, Osvaldo Snow White, ceramic hand-painted ceramic, h 46 cm
Rabbit-shaped sculpture handmade by Italian neo-pop artist Paolo Pastorino.
Initially, the artist creates a draft by hand and then proceeds with the design and 3D computer printing for the sculptural post-realisation in white ceramic followed by various phases: an initial firing at 1000 °C and glazing in white majolica (according to the dictates of the historical ceramics of Albisola), a second firing at 940 °C, a mirror silvering phase, and a final glazing phase with precious metal colours and chromatics, final firing at 100 °C.
In addition, in this work the artist hand-painted the face of Snow White, a famous Disney character.
