Venetian dawn: screen printing by the contemporary artist Meloniski da Villacidro. Under a cobalt blu is represanted Saint Marc cathedral, the Great canal and some gondolas, symbols of Venice. Extremely precious for the artist, this city is often chosen as context for his dreamlike and fantastic scenes. Always experimenter of various and different techniques, Meloniski combines also in this work tridimensional details of different kind, in creating an alternation of plastic and dynamic surfaces. The work is signed on the bottom right by the artist and numbered 19/99 bottom left. The artwork is marked with the artis's stamp bottom left too.
