Atumn taken from The romantic Milan: unique work by the contemporary artist Giuliano Pisati, a.k.a. Pisati da Milano, who represents a typical example of his “Glamour Arts”. In a rainy night, typical of the fall Milanese season, Pisati combines ancient and modern in a passional and sentimental context. The two elements of the Dome and the Tram sum up a historic Milan, while the bright shop windows and the lights of the street recall a sparkling “glamour”, precisely, typical of the contemporary Milan. The wet effect and the one of the nocturnal atmosphere are given by Pisati thanks to an use of cold shades. The work is signed by the artist on the right bottom.
