Giovanni Salvati, Tetragon, inkject print on glossy Canson paper, 40x30 cm

Tetragon: photographic black and white work by Giovanni Salvati, which represents a glimpse of the famous Diamond Tower. Part of the urban riqualification of Milan Porta Nuova, the skyscraper with its 140 meters is rated as the fourth highest building of the main city from Lombardia. The multifaceted shape chosen by architect Fox inspired the “Diamantone” denomination, which Salvati clearly captures in his picture. The architectural elements in front reflect on the polished surface of the skyscraper, thanks to which the photographer gives the idea of a district that keeps on evolving, aiming at a local progress that raises the entire city of Milan.
