The site: photographic black and white work by Giovanni Salvati, which represents a glimpse of the colonnade in the covered square of “Palazzo della Regione”. The unitarian complex of these buildings represents the new headquartier of the Giunta regionale della Lombardia, and here the Presidence and the councillorships have their locations. The structure, simultaneously heavy and light, is emblematic of a “raising city”, of a Milan evolving through the urban project of Milano Porta Nuova.
