Fish is one of the favourite subject of the contemporary pop artist Yux, who shows us a world full of colors and movements, where the nature mixes with metropolitan signs, like posters and slogans. He usually represents a group of colourful and funny fishes, with big eyes and ironic expressions. Each one seems like following a flux and each one is characterized by different signs and tones, as well as are different their personalities. We find immediately funny these fishes because of their big eyes.

Hosted in this coloured world, we immediately recognize Pinocchio and the whale, from the famous book by Collodi. This artwork is signed on the back and on the lower left.
