Track 21, 2014: retouchè by the contemporary artist Alessandro Russo, which represents a interior view of Centrale Station, and in particular the track 21. This was the place where from 1943 to 1945 hundreds people was placed to trains to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Bergen Belsen. In this work light blue and yellow brush strokes make the scene more intense and colourful.
The work is signed on the right bottom and marked P.U (unique piece) on the left bottom.
