Marco Lodola

Marco Lodola was born in 1955 in Dorno, Pavia.

He is a founder of the group called "Nuovo Futurismo". The movement is inspired by historic avantgardes and the aim is to bring out the modernity. The critic who supports Nuovo Futurismo is Renato Barilli.

Many famous firms and public institutions, cultural authority and advertising company commission to Marco Lodola  different works. He collaborates with Carlsberg, Coca Cola, Coveri, Dash, Ducati, Fabbri, Illy, Swatch and Seat.

He also works for the grand opera Tosca by Puccini and at the Theatre Massimo in Palermo realizing brights works in perpex and neon.

He creates many logos and pictures for important institutions like Winter Olimpic Games in Turin, Giro d'Italia, Arci, Red Ronnie's Roxy Bar, Fiat Avio, Juventus and Air One.

His decorations on famous palaces' facades are so colorful and attractive. An example is the work at Ca' d'Oro in Venice during the Venice Art Festival in 2011.

Even his musical collaborations with Max Pezzali, Timoria, Omar Pedrini, Jovanotti and many others are known.

A further example of his eclecticism is recognizable in his scenic design realized for different events like Vivienne Westwood's fashion show in 2011 during the fahion week in Milan or many works for movies and television festivals.
