Loris Dogana, No drama, please, in vitro graphics, 27x27x6 cm (with frame)

The work depicts a colored no-parking sign in the background overlaid with a drawing of a cloud with three lightning bolts in black and white placed on the glass. Right from the title, "No drama, please", the artist invites the viewer to take life more lightly without excessive worry. In this version, the frame is black and the composition of the work is the opposite of the white-framed version. The work comes from an experimentation with perception. The black lines, representing reason, meet the emotions represented by the colors, in a balance between them that comes solely from the subject admiring the work and striving to make the two designs fit together. The work is signed in the lower left corner.
