Vittorio Maria Di Carlo

Vittorio Maria di Carlo was born in 1939 in san marco in Lamis, Gargano. After attending art courses at the State Institute of Bari, he obtained his diploma in painting and decoration, having spizzico and de robertis as teachers. He has been recognized as a young emerging artist at the time of "New Figuring" and he has been remarkably successful in several collective and personal exhibitions. Later, he settled in Milan by alternating the Lombard residence with periods spent in Manila and often traveling to know the world and to make his art known in international exhibitions such as held in Bamberg on the occasion of the 5th European Biennale. Several personal exhibitions have been performed in major Italian cities, Las Palmas, Barcelona, Manila, Sydney, Zurich, Monte Carlo, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York.
