Need coffee is a work by Giulia Baccara, created in ink and watercolour on paper. The work depicts a girl sitting and working on her computer; it is a scene from everyday life.

The uniqueness of the depiction lies in the coffee machine that is placed high above the girl; from it, coffee' comes out and goes straight to her head, colouring a part of her hair. This detail in its simplicity is immediate: we all need a good dose of coffee when we work or study a lot on the computer.

As we can see, some parts are coloured: the girl's hair, the shirt, part of the jeans and some parts of the computer screen are done in watercolour, while everything else is rendered in ink.
