Anna Antola, Mountains and Sea, mixed media on paper, 16x13 cm

Work on paper by the milanese contemporary artist Anna Antola. Since ever fascinated by Picasso and his subjects, Antola proposes also in her works the theme of the woman. In the work here presented, the woman is in fact, one more time, the protagonist: the profile of a feminine face stands out from a background combining mountains and sea, while a white moon enlights the scene. The typical trait of the artist, given by a naive and light aura, is totally recognizable also in a work of such reduces dimensions as this is. The work is signed by the artist on the right bottom.
