Polaroid artwork by Alessandro D'Aquila, part of the series 'Polaroid sintetiche', started in 2014, still in progress.

The picture has been taken in 2017 by the artist himself using a Polaroid Supercolor 635CL, and later painted over with oil and acrylic colours, focusing on the bright blue sky that spills over the edges of the Polaroid.

The caption, written in the Braille alphabet by the artist, and the subject's blurred lines, give the impression of looking at a memory through the veil of time. The subject is a landscape view of Venice Beach, in L.A.

The artwork is framed and signed at the bottom right corner by the artist.
