Paper colored by hand by Alessandro D'Aquila, taken from the series "Macchine Soffici" and representing the famous Italian artist Sophia Loren. 

The artwork is a decorative panel, hand coloured by the artist with pastel tones colours. Every single piece of paper is the result of the overlapping of various layers of processed paper, coloured without the use of mordant.

The colours are soft and pastel shades; the artist also uses the Braille alphabet, a typical feature of his work, according to which the use of this alphabet puts the sighted in the shoes of the blind, causing a sense of bewilderment due to the inability to read it, the same bewilderment of those who cannot see the reality around them every day. 

The work is signed by the artist on the back and is an edition of 10 pieces.
