"I simply painted everything that I consider beautiful and meaningful for my life and my art ".

For the representation of the female subject, the artist is inspired by an advertisement of a 1960s telephone. Lifting the receiver, the curious woman asks to the speaker: "But how can you not shave every day?". This sentence was taken from an other advertisement of the Gillette of the '60s and it would justify the title of the work. It can also be noted that Pop Art and Andy Warhol influence Tosh's painting. Using acrylic colors, on a yellow base, the artist has superimposed several bright colors like pink, green, blue, orange, creating on the canvas a vivid contrast. The female figure was instead outlined by a black outline, with which the author has also realized the capital letters. Instinctive and pop, Tosh creates a spontaneous and understandable piece of art, with whom the audience can easily empathize with.
